Breakfast: 1 cup of Kashi cereal: 3 pts.
1/2 a cup of skim milk: 1 pt.
Lunch: Lean Cuisine ravioli meal: 4 pts.
olive oil on my salad: i didn't get the points for it because it already pre-mixed with red wine vinegar. that's a once in a lifetime thing, i don't usually have them pre-mixed.
Dinner: Boca Burger (meatless patties): 2 pts.
whole wheat bun from Sara Lee: 1 pt.
slice of regular american cheese: 2 pts.
serving of sweet potato fries: 3 pts.
mustard, onion & lettuce: 0 pts.
i had 2 servings of veggies or fruit. 3 servings of "milk". 1 serving of oil. 4 servings of water (i drink a big jug of water, not water bottles, so i know i have enough water in my plan). 1 serving of lean protein. yes, on the whole grains (my cereal & whole wheat bun) & then a One Women's Daily Multi-Vitamin.
Point total for the day: 20 pts. - they want you to eat up to all your points throughout the day but i had eaten dinner at like 9:00 (a lot later then i usually do) so i knew i didnt need to eat after that & i didn't count for my oil anyway.
Monday, September 27th.
27 points a day.
Breakfast: 2 Multi-grain waffles: 3 pts.
honey: 1 pt.
1/2 of a banana: 0 pt.
Yoplait fat free Greek yogurt in honey & vanilla: 3 pts. (i don't usually eat that yogurt, i just wanted to try it.)
Snack: edamame: 2 pts.
Snack: home made salsa w/ 14 baked Tostitos Scoops: 2 pts.
Snack: 14 wasabi & soy sauce flavored almonds: 2 pts.
10 points left for dinner.

i then went to the dinner buffet at a local casino. i don't normally eat out (my family doesn't have the money for it) but i went out with my mom because my dad didn't feel well & so he didn't want to go. i didn't go all out at the buffet & eat everything in sight but i know i didn't "well". just because i'm eating healthy doesn't mean i can't have a treat sometimes. i know it was early on but like i said, i dont normally do that & i won't do anything of that sort until at least Sunday dinner.
Tuesday September 28th.

Hungry Girl Key Lime Pie fat free yogurt: 0 pts. - this yogurt has 50 calories, 5 grams of fiber & no fat! it comes in other flavors also.
14 wasabi & soy sauce flavored almonds: 2 pts.
1/2 of a pomegrante
14 Tostitos Scoops baked chips w/ home made salsa: 2 pts.

i walked my dog around my neighborhood for 35 minutes. i was going to do 45 but it was 100 degrees outside today. my dog was extremely thristy & hot & so was i so i cut off 10 minutes. when it gets cooler (which will actually be next week) i'll do 45 minutes. im going to walk earlier tomorrow & see if its cooler though & if it is i'll do 45 minutes. i love to listen to Maroon 5 & other artists like them when i walk.
